BidFlex (bidflex.lol) is an entertainment leaderboard where visibility is bought. By paying and appearing on the board you accept these terms in full.
1. What the service is
BidFlex publishes a single public ranking. Positions are assigned only by the amount paid: the highest total sits at #1, the second highest at #2, and so on. Ties are resolved by whoever paid first.
BidFlex is not an advertising agency, a marketplace or an investment product. You are paying for a position on a list, nothing else.
2. Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. BidFlex never sees or stores your card details.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including if you are overtaken, if you are unhappy with your position, or if the daily reset removes your entry. Chargebacks initiated without cause may result in a permanent ban.
The minimum bid is $5 USD. Paying again during the same cycle adds the new amount to your existing total.
3. No guaranteed results
BidFlex guarantees a public position on the leaderboard for the current 24-hour cycle. It guarantees nothing else: no traffic, no clicks, no followers, no sales, no press and no minimum time at any given position. Another user may outbid you seconds after you pay.
4. Public profiles
Everything you submit — name or brand, description, links and image — is public, visible to anyone and indexable by search engines. Do not submit anything you would not want published.
You confirm that you own the rights to the name, image and links you submit, or that you have permission to use them.
5. Prohibited content
Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual or explicit material, impersonation, malware, scams, links to any of the above, or content targeting minors is not allowed.
BidFlex may remove or edit any entry that breaks these rules, at its sole discretion and without a refund.
6. Daily reset
The ranking resets every 24 hours at 00:00 UTC. All entries are archived and the board starts empty. To appear again you place a new bid.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidFlex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the cycle in question.
BidFlex may modify these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Material changes are published on this page.
